Day 9 has arrived and now is your chance to own an iconic Hasselblad camera at almost reasonable prices. This is not just for the cameras either, Hasselblad lenses (AKA Sony) are also on a massive sale so for all you Sony NEX owners, you may want to jump on this before the day is up. All cameras come with a free copy of Lightroom in case you need an extra shove in the right direction. Hey, it's Christmas! Maybe that iconic "H" is worth the extra cash. I will say that these come packaged in some amazing looking cases and the real Italian leather straps and wood grain are legitimate upgrades.
Check them out now while we wait for another day of savings!

Dji has just introduced a brand new 3 axis handheld stabilizer featuring a build in 4k video camera with 12MP stills. An app for your mobile phone allows for control as well as timelapse, panoramic, and long exposure functionality. While the Osmo comes with a smaller 1/2" camera system, this powerful camera allows UHD recording at up to 30p and HD recording at 120P for slow motion work. For those who crave even better quality, both the DJI X5 and the X5R are fully compatible with the Osmo and offer a larger Micro 4/3 recorder. Sony has announced that the new Sony a7SII will ship capable of 14 bit RAW in October with firmware updates on the way starting with the Sony a7RII and other cameras shortly after. This is great news as this was an unfortunately limitation I noted in the Sony a7RII Review and something we should have in a professional camera system. While this will likely mean larger file sizes and will be an un-noticeable change for most people, it is great to see Sony responding to their customers demanding the best from their cameras. More details past the break.
Sony has just announced the new Sony Alpha a7SII which brings internal 4k recording and 5 axis image stabilization to the already amazing a7s. In addition, Sony is adding S-log3, a larger .5" 2.36m-dot EVF, and a new 169 point autofocus system. Head past the break for more coverage of the a7SII and you can even check out our recent review of the Sony a7RII while you wait!

Tamron has just announced two new lenses, the Tamron 35mm f1.8 VC and Tamron 45mm f/1.8 VC both with new LD coatings to reduce flair and ghosting as well as image stabilization. These lenses will likely go head to head with Canon's 35mm f2 IS which I reviewed previously. These lenses are great for videographers as well as photographers and while made for full frame cameras, will be great options for APS-C shooters. Prices will be $599 for each lens with availablility towards the end of September.

Canon has just announced a new mirrorless camera sporting a 24MP APS-C sensor and a Digic 6 processor. While the original EOS M was met with less than perfect appeal due to it's poor autofocus system, later firmware updates improved results but the damage had already been done. While I personally own and love the original EOS M for it's small size and very good overall image quality, it has been due for an update for some time. Check out the details below to see if Canon delivered
